YOU intend to use any and all information provided to you by United International Investigations and its employees ONLY for a use which will clearly cause no emotional or physical harm to anyone, and YOU will not use any information provided to you by United International Investigations or its employees for credit purposes, insurance underwriting, employment or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. sec. 1681 et seq., ("FCRA"), Federal Trade Commission interpretations of the FCRA, and similar state statutes, and YOU will not seek information about or harm minors in any way, and YOU will not seek information about celebrities or public figures, and YOU will not intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law or any regulations having the force of law, and

YOU will not "stalk" or otherwise harass another, and YOU will not promote or provide instructional information about illegal activities or promote physical harm or injury against any group or individual. You agree to indemnify and hold investigateworldwide.com and United International Investigations, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of any rights of another.

United International Investigations is a licensed Private Investigations Agency.  As a matter of policy we will not sell information to individuals it knows to be under the age of 18; nor will United International Investigations divulge information about individuals it knows to be under the age of 18. 

United International Investigations and its affiliates, agents, and employees are not liable to any party for any special, consequential, direct, or indirect damages for any reliance or use upon the information disseminated, sold, or displayed on United International Investigations website, including but not limited to, business interruption, lost profits, loss of profits or other data, even if United International Investigations is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, United International Investigations, its affiliates, agents and employees are not liable to any party for any special, consequential, direct, or indirect damages for any correspondence between our customers and their search subjects or any reunions resulting therefrom.

United International Investigations does not warrant the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any of the data available
through telephone sales or sales made over the Internet via United International Investigations' website. Any information purchased from United International Investigations, with the exception of information purchased in accordance with FCRA requirements, may not be used for purposes of deciding whether to hire an individual for employment, renting property to an individual, or for determining an individual's eligibility to receive credit or insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the information is provided AS IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CONFIDENTIALITY
United International Investigations tenaciously guards the privacy and confidentiality of our Clients, and NEVER sells or otherwise distributes personal, business, identifying, or any other specific information regarding our Clients to unauthorized third parties. The information that we provide to other businesses is supplied only to those businesses that require the information in order for United International Investigations to provide authorized services to our Clients
Possible examples of third parties to whom limited Client information might be provided would include
corporate officers and employees of United International Investigations and credit card processing services (when required to process and authorize credit card orders).

All investigations conducted, reports generated, and evidence secured by United International Investigations are considered by us to be a 'confidential work product, and therefore will not be made available to anyone except the Client without that Client's expressed authorization. Exceptions to this policy may include any demand for information received by United International Investigations which is made by means of a lawful subpoena, or the providing of information to the appropriate law enforcement agency upon the reasonable determination by United International Investigations that a crime has been or may be committed. This type of information will also be provided to the Client.
